What is Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) ?

Thermal Transfer Ribbons or also known as barcode ribbons are mostly used for printing variable information. This particularly concerns the information for identification, such as barcodes, batch codes and expiry dates. We provide a comprehensive selection of barcode printer ribbons. Wax ribbon, Wax/Resin ribbon, and Resin ribbon are the three most common types of a barcode printer ribbon. We have a ready supply of barcode printer ribbons in up to 30 different sizes on hand. Different materials of TTR Ribbons?

The ink used in barcode ribbons can be made with wax, resin, or a combination of wax and resin.
